No sense shelling out hundreds for industry-quality hardware if you'll get bored of it after a few weeks. If you find yourself sticking to the hobby for more than a month or two, and really want something better, then upgrade to a Wacom or better portable. Portable, either a quality iPad or Surface imo, depending on which software ecosystem you're happier with. If you just want something static and not portable, then a Wacom is your best bet. Very excited by their new Laptop Studio line since that solves the overheating issues (vent placement). Great drawing quality, but overheats a lot. I'm now using a Surface Book 2 since I needed a laptop anyway, and that killed two birds with one stone. When you're used to iPad and Wacom screen/pen quality, it's quite a noticeable step down imo. It's great to see Huion and XP Pen bringing some much needed competition to this space, but they're cheaper for good reason sadly. almost immediately went back to my Intuos 3.
A couple of years ago I finally "upgraded" to one of Huion's highest quality tablets and. I don't know if this is available with Fresco but will check it this afternoon. In general, if you're exporting vectors for Moho, you should use SVG format.
